Modcon Projects works extensively throughout the South Island and North Island on fast-track fit outs for key client. This is our specialty, especially working in live environments. We work with national companies providing tailored management that can operate continually in live store environments, and we cause minimal disruption to the stores operating procedures. We also minimize the impact on customers and their staff.

Delivery of any fast track fit out requires strong communication and programming. Modcon Projects will ensure that operations and facilities are not disrupted whilst the fitout work takes place.
